[Game Tip] Rune Levels

Brutality Rune:
- Level 1: +3%+200 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 2: +4% +400 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 3: +5% +600 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 4: +6% +800 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 5: +7% +1000 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 6: +8% +1200 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 7: +9% +1400 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 8: +10% +1600 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 9: +12% +1800 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
- Level 10: +15%+2000 Damage to Players, lasts 2 turns.
Blood Rune:
- Level 1: Causes a random enemy to bleed and lose 3% HP per turn, lasts 3 turns, causes max of 1500 damage a round.
- Level 2: Causes a random enemy to bleed and lose 3% HP per turn, lasts 4 turns, causes max of 1500 damage a round.
- Level 3: Causes a random enemy to bleed and lose 4% HP per turn, lasts 4 turns, causes max of 2500 damage a round.
- Level 4: Causes a random enemy to bleed and lose 4% HP per turn, lasts 5 turns, causes max of 2500 damage a round.
- Level 5: Causes a random enemy to bleed and lose 5% HP per turn, lasts 5 turns, causes max of 3500 damage a round.
- Level 10: Causes a random enemy to bleed and lose 8% HP per turn, lasts 8 turns, causes max of 8000 damage a round.
Healing Rune:
- Level 1: 10% HP restore.
- Level 2: 12% HP restore.
- Level 3: 14% HP restore.
- Level 4: 16% HP restore. 2 Uses.
- Level 5: 18% HP restore. 2 Uses.
- Level 10: 30% HP restore.
Guardian:
- Level 1: 10% Damage received decrease for 2 turns.
- Level 2: 12% Damage received decrease for 2 turns.
- Level 10: : 50% Damage received decrease for 2 turns.
Purge Rune:
- Level 1: Dispels 1 positive buff from 1 random enemy
- Level 10: Dispels 3 positive buff from all enemies.
Purification Rune:
- Level 1: Dispels 1 negative buff from 1 random ally
- Level 2: Dispels 1 negative buff from 1-2 random allies
- Level 10: Dispels 3 negative buff from all allies.
Rage Rune:
- Level 1: Restores 30 rage
- Level 10: Restores 80 rage
Chaos Rune:
- Level 1: Deals 90% Damage to a random enemy(attacks players first). Targets' attacks have 30% chance to hit members of targets' own party. Effect lasts 1 turn. Effect will not work if leader of party is a monster.
- Level 10: Deals 100% Damage to a random enemy(attacks players first). Targets' attacks have 100% chance to hit members of targets' own party. Effect lasts 3 turn. Effect will not work if leader of party is a monster.
Amnesia Rune:
- Level 1: Deals 90% damage to a random target(attacks players first). 50% chance to prevent the target from using a skill(including Holy Seal and Runes). Effects last 1 Turn. Effects do not work on party leader if Party leader is a monster.
- Level 10: Deals 100% damage to a random target(attacks players first). 100% chance to prevent the target from using a skill(including Holy Seal and Runes). Effects last 3 Turn. Effects do not work on party leader if Party leader is a monster.
